The Baby Checklist

My Registry

A baby registry your guests can use without signing up.

Share one link. Friends and family pick a gift, claim it so nobody buys the same thing twice, and buy it from wherever they like. Built automatically from what you still want on your list.

Free for you and your guests. No app, no accounts for guests.

Guests claim, then buy anywhere

No account. They enter a name (or don't), choose whether it's a surprise, and buy it from the shop they prefer.

Claiming a gift takes ten seconds and no account.

Guests open your link, tap Claim this, and type their name. That's it. There's no sign-up, no app, and nothing to pay through us. They buy it from the shop they already use.

The claim form: enter your name and choose whether to keep the gift a secret, a surprise from the parents, or public

No duplicate gifts, and surprises stay surprises.

Once something's claimed, everyone else sees it's taken. Each guest chooses who gets to know it was them: everyone, other guests but not you, or nobody at all. Your registry link is private and unguessable, and it's hidden from search engines.

  • Keep it a surprise from the parents
  • Keep it a secret from everyone

Built from your list. Nothing to set up twice.

Anything marked Want it with Add to registry ticked appears here automatically. Your registry page gives you the link to share, a name to put on it, and a running count of what's been claimed and what it's worth.

Add your own items, and let guests buy from any shop.

Want a contribution towards the pram, a week of home-cooked meals, or a specific colour we haven't reviewed? Add it as a custom item with a price. Every item links to our review and on to retailers, but guests can buy wherever they like; we never take payment or handle delivery.

Mark what you have, want, and don't need across every stage — the registry is just what you still want, shared.

Questions people ask before sharing a link.

Do my guests need an account?+

No. Anyone with your link can see the registry and claim a gift without signing up for anything.

Does anyone pay through this site?+

No. Guests buy from the retailer directly — we may earn a small commission on some links, which never affects our reviews. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Can guests see who else has claimed what?+

Only if the claimer chose to be visible. Each guest picks one of three options when they claim: let everyone know, keep it a surprise from the parents, or keep it a secret from everyone.

Can I remove something from my registry?+

Yes — change its status on your list, or remove a custom item straight from the registry page. We warn you if it's already been claimed.

What if a guest claims something and changes their mind?+

They can undo the claim from the same device. If they've lost access, there's no email recovery yet — ask them to get in touch with you directly for now.

Is my registry public?+

Only to people with your link. It isn't listed on this site, isn't indexed by search engines, and the link itself isn't guessable.

Can I add things you haven't reviewed?+

Yes — add a custom item with a name and an optional price, from a specific colourway to a cash fund.

Can I use it alongside an Amazon or John Lewis registry?+

Yes, it's just a link. Plenty of parents put the big-ticket items here and use a shop's registry for the rest, or the other way round.
