The trade-off against the M&S and Mamalicious bras is price and everyday softness: this is a more structured, more supportive bra, but it costs more (around £40-£47 full price, against roughly £20-£28 for the M&S two-pack and Mamalicious bra) and the firmer moulded cups won't suit everyone who wants a soft, unstructured feel against sensitive or engorged breasts in the early weeks.
