Reusable Food Pouches, 20 Pack
6.3/10 overall£16.49
A 20-pack of 175ml reusable pouches for freezing and storing homemade purées, with a rewritable label surface for dates and contents.
This is a storage product rather than a prep gadget, and it fills a real gap next to the freezer pots and blenders already in this category: once you've made a batch of purée in the BEABA or Tommee Tippee, you need somewhere to keep individual portions, and stackable pots aren't always practical for a freezer drawer or a nappy bag. These pouches hold 175ml each, are freezer- and fridge-safe, and have a surface you can write on and wipe off to track what's inside and when it was made.
Compared with the stackable freezer pots also covered here, the trade-off is texture and reheating: pots let you defrost and eat with a spoon straight away, while pouches are better suited to squeezing out onto a plate or bowl rather than eating directly from a hot pouch, and Babymoov caps them at 70°C with no microwave use, so reheating means transferring the contents elsewhere first. They also work with Babymoov's own squeeze-spoon and spout accessories, sold separately, if you want to feed directly from the pouch once your baby is a little older.
For batch-freezing purées in portions that travel well, this is a practical, inexpensive add-on to a blender or food processor rather than a replacement for reusable pots — pick pouches for freezer storage and on-the-go feeding, pots for straight-to-bowl reheating.

How we scored it
Prep Speed
How quickly it steams, blends or portions a batch of food.
Ease of Cleaning
Number of parts and dishwasher-safety after a messy prep session.
Hand wash only with a bottle brush, and no microwave reheating — more upkeep than the stackable freezer pots already in this category.
Value for Money
Cost relative to how much use you get across the weaning months.
20 pouches for under £17 is good value for batch-freezing purées in portions, especially compared with buying pre-filled shop pouches on an ongoing basis.
