It's a side-by-side design, like the Out n About Nipper Double and Donkey 5 Twin, so both children ride forward-facing at the same level, but it's built as a lightweight everyday stroller rather than an all-terrain pushchair, with smaller wheels and no real suspension to speak of.

For newborns, each seat can be paired with an optional Newborn Cocoon, usable from birth to around 9kg (roughly 6 months), and each seat then adjusts independently as one or both children grow, up to about 15kg per seat (roughly age 3). That's a similar from-birth approach to the Bugaboo Donkey 5 Twin's bassinets, but at a fraction of the cost and bulk — the trade-off being the Cocoon is a lighter-duty accessory rather than a full lie-flat carrycot, and less suited to long stretches of daytime sleep.
